HIGHLIGHTS

VERSATILE  BEAUTY - Created in Iran, this Gabbeh utilizes a traditional Persian weave, which provides a soft plush pile while also creating a durable and functional foundation. The green tones found in the singular animal motif originate from organic vegetable dyes, preferred for their bright and fade-resistant qualities. The striated cream tones of the field are achieved using all-natural undyed wool. The minimalist design features a goat motif in the carpet’s center, symbolizing peace and protection.
LONG LASTING - Its hand-knotted construction ensures durability and no shedding.   The irregularities in the dye lot and handspun wool result in a collage of similar hues, which gives  their typical rich texture. The lustrous soft wool, multi-hued colors and tribal motifs make them great decorative rugs, even for contemporary decors.
STAIN RESISTANT - Easy to clean and made to last for a lifetime. Can be spot cleaned for easy maintenance
HIGH QUALITY MATERIAL - Kashkuli Gabbeh tribal rugs are handmade with extra high pile and very simple, stylized designs. They are tightly woven from handspun wool and vegetal dyes, focusing on the use of vibrant earthy colors.
PILE HEIGHT - Rugs with a pile height of 1 cm, are tightly knotted and dense. Because they are durable and require light vacuuming, this height is ideal for high-traffic areas such as entryways, living rooms and dining rooms.
MATERIAL – WOOL   - Wool is a natural fibre that has many benefits. It offers soundproofing, it is stain resistant, also it hold 30% of the moisture so that in the summer time it is cool on your feet and in the winter time it is warm. As wool ages it looks better and wears for generations. They do not shed and they are extraordinarily durable and clean easily. Not to mention wool being an insulator as well as flame retardant and indestructible.
CONSTRUCTION – HANDKNOTTED -  The process of hand knotted, which involves hand weaving and knotting each individual strand of fibre used for these rugs. As a result of this process, the production time is much longer, which is why hand knotted rugs are often the most expensive type of rugs available, however they have the added benefit of being extremely long lasting. Hand knotted rugs are often one of a kind pieces, and can be the type of rug that is handed down through family generations.

Limited Lifetime Manufacturer’s Warranty

This manufacturer’s limited lifetime warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. The supplier will replace, at no charge products or parts of a product that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance. This guarantee does not provide replacement necessitated by normal wear-and-tear, misuse, or accidental damage. Supplier terms and conditions apply.

Proper Set-Up & Care

Should you encounter a crease, it can be easily removed through the process of reverse rolling. Start by flipping the rug upside down and roll in both directions (length and width). While rolling the rug exert pressure where the crease is visible, this will loosen the foundation to allow the rug to lay flat. For more stubborn creases, keeping the rug rolled and tied for a few hours in a reversed position may be more effective. Occasional vacuuming will keep this rug in great condition. Use care when vacuuming; place the beater bar and brush at the highest setting as to avoid excess wear, refrain from vacuuming fringe. To ensure even wear and tear from foot traffic we advise rotating this rug every six months.
