Setting the perfect foundation for any home retreat, introducing the casual luxury of Cape May. Designed to add comfort and a chic appearance to today's popular open-air living spaces, this beautifully crafted residential carpet is versatile enough to be used in favored interior rooms as well. Extending the entertaining areas of a home beyond its interior walls and creating a cohesive design that flows from the indoors to the outdoors has become a major trend in home decorating, and this high-quality carpet is a perfect solution for achieving that effortless style. Stocked 12'6" wide, Cape May features a sturdy 100% polypropylene, structured flatwoven construction which makes it both mold and mildew resistant, a key quality in any flooring product exposed to outdoor elements. Resistant to permanent stains and easy to clean, it is also UV stabilized to prevent color fading. Showcasing a clean, tailored lattice pattern, Cape May's structured flatweave produces a subtle texture in the surface and creates the illusion of dimension in the pattern. Available in a choice of four soothing hues, Dune, Sand Dollar, Sea Mist and Starry Sky, decorators can pair this dynamic floor fashion with virtually any color palette.

SOFT TO THE TOUCH
The pile height of this rug provides an ideal combination of density and performance; a dense surface that is soft to the touch and pile that holds up against foot traffic.
LIMITED LIFETIME MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY
This manufacturer’s limited lifetime warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. The supplier will replace, at no charge products or parts of a product that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance. This guarantee does not provide replacement necessitated by normal wear-and-tear, misuse, or accidental damage. Supplier terms and conditions apply.
PROPER SET-UP & CARE
Should you encounter a crease, it can be easily removed through the process of reverse rolling. Start by flipping the rug upside down and roll in both directions (length and width). While rolling the rug exert pressure where the crease is visible, this will loosen the foundation to allow the rug to lay flat. For more stubborn creases, keeping the rug rolled and tied for a few hours in a reversed position may be more effective. Occasional vacuuming will keep this rug in great condition. Use care when vacuuming; place the beater bar and brush at the highest setting as to avoid excess wear, refrain from vacuuming fringe. To ensure even wear and tear from foot traffic we advise rotating this rug every six months.

PROPER SET-UP & CARE
Clean spills immediately by blotting with a clean, white dry sponge or cloth. For hard-to-remove stains, professional rug cleaning is recommended.
To protect your investment, use a rug pad. A rug pad provides traction between the rug and floor to prevent slipping, adds cushion, and improve durability.
Vacuum regularly without beater bar. If your vacuum has variable power settings, set on low. Vacuum full length of the rug, turn and repeat to the next area, rather than back and forth motion.

Rotate or reposition your rug and/or rug pad every 3 months. Rotating your rug will promote even surface wear, extending its life and decreasing the likelihood of the rug pad or exposed rug back adhering to the floor surface where they are placed. Store your rug by rolling it front side out and wrapping in cloth for protection. Do not fold or store rug in an airtight plastic bag. Place it in a dry, well-ventilated area.
