Cape Town  Stair Runner / Broadloom

Decorating takes a walk on the wild side! Presenting Cape Town, a residential carpet collection purposely designed for those who are inspired by their keen sense of adventure and unique decorating instincts. With its startling beauty and sophistication, this luxury for the floor offers a series of five realistic, exotic animal print patterns, Cheetah, Antelope, Leopard, Alligator and Zebra. Each design can be used alone for a bold and contemporary-chic wall-to-wall installation or complemented in a framed installation by a choice of two solids, Black or Brown, for a unique and upscale appeal. Cape Town's exotic presence, bold and explosive design elements are enhanced by a palette of nature's own hues, providing this passionate collection with the ability to heighten the appearance of any living space in the home. Stocked in a 13'2" width for complete decorating flexibility, this cut-pile print collection is tufted of 100% nylon. This soft, yet strong fiber provides Cape Town's pile with a smooth, classic finish, ideal for bringing a sophisticated presence to the floor. Coordinating roll runners are available in 26" and 31" widths.

 PROPER SET-UP & CARE

Clean spills immediately by blotting with a clean, white dry sponge or cloth. For hard-to-remove stains, professional rug cleaning is recommended.

To protect your investment, use a rug pad. A rug pad provides traction between the rug and floor to prevent slipping, adds cushion, and improve durability.

Vacuum regularly without beater bar. If your vacuum has variable power settings, set on low. Vacuum full length of the rug, turn and repeat to the next area, rather than back and forth motion.

Should you encounter a crease, it can be easily removed through the process of reverse rolling. Start by flipping the rug upside down and roll in both directions (length and width). While rolling the rug exert pressure where the crease is visible, this will loosen the foundation to allow the rug to lay flat. For more stubborn creases, keeping the rug rolled and tied for a few hours in a reversed position may be more effective.

Rotate or reposition your rug and/or rug pad every 3 months. Rotating your rug will promote even surface wear, extending its life and decreasing the likelihood of the rug pad or exposed rug back adhering to the floor surface where they are placed. Store your rug by rolling it front side out and wrapping in cloth for protection. Do not fold or store rug in an airtight plastic bag. Place it in a dry, well-ventilated area.
